WHAT IS THE WHEN HUB?
The WHEN Hub is a space where women, femininities, and anyone interested in gender equality can work, grow, innovate, develop new skills, and empower themselves through a dynamic community of support.
It includes co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a parent-child room, and a creative play area for infants and children aged 0-12, allowing mothers and parents to work undisturbed and make their professional dreams come true more easily and collaboratively!
The Hub was created by WHEN to host not only the organization’s activities but also its vision of creating a collaborative hub that can promote gender equality in Greece innovatively and systematically.

WHEN is a non-profit organization focused on the professional and economic empowerment of women as well as gender equality and inclusion in the workplace.
Our vision is a world where all women have equal opportunities to become what they can and wish to be.
Our mission is to ensure that all women have equal opportunities in their professional and public lives by empowering them individually and promoting sustainable change in their educational, professional, and social environments.

The Hub was created based on the values of WHEN and aims to put them into practice every day through its spaces and services. To achieve this, we need the support of all the people who work, learn, play, and meet here.
