You can also use the website to contact us, submit applications for an open job/internship/volunteer position, and follow our news and updates.

This is the entire agreement between WHEN and the Website users, and it is binding only upon these two parties. WHEN reserves the right to subsequently and unilaterally amend, revoke, or repeal part or all of the Terms and Conditions without notice, with such changes taking effect from the time when the revised Terms and Conditions of Use are posted on the Website.
WHEN reserves the right to modify the services and the Pricing Policy, on condition that a relevant notification is posted on the Website.
WHEN is not responsible for any claims of civil and/or criminal nature from the user or any third parties, for reasons related to the operation or non-operation of the Webpage, or for any temporary inability to provide services.
7. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, as well as any subsequent amendments, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant International Conventions. Any provision of the terms that is rendered contrary to the law shall be considered invalid and inactive, without affecting the validity of the other terms in any way.
Any dispute, conflict or controversy that may arise from the implementation or interpretation of these Terms shall be resolved through Mediation, facilitated by a specially trained and certified Mediator, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4640/2019. If the parties in conflict enter into Mediation, but an agreement is not reached, then either party is free to initiate legal proceedings; the competent courts shall be the Courts of Athens.
