At WHEN, we believe that access to a safe, supportive, and creative coworking space is a right—not a privilege. That’s why we offer scholarships to women and femininities who wish to work from the WHEN Hub coworking space, but face financial challenges or barriers due to gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or other aspects of their identity.
Do you need a focused space to work, meeting rooms for your professional appointments or sessions, and/or creative care for your child(ren) while you’re studying, job hunting, or working remotely?
You can apply for one of the scholarships we offer to women from vulnerable or marginalized groups!
How does the application and selection process work?
Applications for scholarships are open year-round, and available spots are regularly updated to meet the needs of each applicant. This means they may include access to the space on specific days or hours, or more extended usage periods, depending on what best supports each person.
During the selection process, we prioritize supporting women from underrepresented groups—such as single mothers in need of flexible work arrangements, women with disabilities who face accessibility barriers in traditional workspaces, and women from low socioeconomic backgrounds with limited access to resources and networks.
We primarily support those who would benefit most from access to a space like WHEN Hub.
