As part of the RES-MOVE (Resources on the Move) programme, WHEN invites you to a free financial empowerment workshop designed for women with a migrant or refugee background who wish to strengthen their confidence in managing their finances.
The workshops “Money skills for women on the move” will take place on May 19, with two available sessions (10:00–12:00 and 18:00–20:00), at WHEN Hub. They are designed to support participants in developing essential financial skills for everyday life and future planning.
Through interactive and practical sessions, participants will have the opportunity to explore key topics such as:
- creating and managing a personal budget
- understanding income and expenses
- saving money effectively
- recognising and avoiding financial risks
- making informed financial decisions
At the same time, the workshops create a safe and inclusive space where participants can connect with other women, share experiences, and become part of a supportive community.
The workshops will be held in English, are suitable for beginners, and participants may choose to attend one or both sessions, depending on their availability.
Participation is free of charge, with registration required, as places are limited.
Free creative activities for children will be provided during the sessions, please indicate your needs during registration.
