Workshop & Conversation with Zaneta Intaite
As part of the #WHENsdays here at WHEN Hub, in collaboration with XpatAthens, we invite you to a free workshop and open conversation that challenges one of the most deeply ingrained narratives of our time: the belief that doing everything alone is a sign of strength.
On Wednesday, January 28, 2025, from 17:30 to 19:30, we welcome Zaneta Intaite, mom, speaker, motherhood educator, and founder of MotherhoodGuide.com, for an honest, thought-provoking, and deeply human gathering at WHEN Hub.
This workshop is for anyone who has ever felt proud of pushing themselves to the edge of exhaustion without asking for help. For moms who feel guilty resting and believe they should always be on top of everything. For single mothers who hesitate to ask for support. For successful women in business who feel that the only way to be taken seriously is by overperforming every single day. And for every woman who quietly wears the “I can do it all” badge as proof of strength, while often feeling taken for granted, overworked, or lonely.
Through personal storytelling, science–based insight, and open dialogue, this session challenges the “strong woman” narrative and offers a new way to think about strength, support, and balance. Because doing it all alone isn’t strength, it’s survival!
During the event, which will be held in English, free parallel creative activities for children will be provided at the Mini Hub, allowing parents and caregivers to participate with greater ease and presence.

About the speaker

Zaneta Intaite is a mom, speaker, motherhood educator, and founder of MotherhoodGuide.com. Now 42, she has lived in Lithuania, Malta, and Greece, and currently resides in the Peloponnese. She is the mother of a medical student and brings lived experience of motherhood across cultures, transitions, and life stages.
Her journey includes navigating parenthood abroad, experiencing depleted mom syndrome, building a career as a woman, redefining life as an empty nester, and embracing the many stumbles that come with growth. Grounded in science, psychology, and modern motherhood practices, Zaneta believes that real growth comes from learning, trying, failing, learning again, and eventually getting it right.
She encourages women to challenge outdated narratives, support each other more, stop chasing the myth of perfect balance, and focus on where their energy and care are truly needed today.
