Ifigéneia Papamikrouléa

WHEN Hub Manager

Ifigeneia Papamikrouléa is the Hub Manager of WHEN Hub, as well as an architect and project manager. She initially studied Architecture, but soon discovered that she was more interested in designing actions and exhibitions rather than buildings.

This led her to pursue postgraduate studies in Barcelona, focusing on the intersection of Art and Architecture, with the added bonus of living in such an exciting city. Upon returning to Athens, she began volunteering and eventually took on the management of one of the city’s most popular cultural and social event spaces. There, she developed and curated numerous interdisciplinary projects and exhibitions, responding to the city’s artistic and social needs. She collaborated with both local and international organizations on innovative initiatives in the fields of art, ecology, gender equality, play, technology, music, and more, always exploring and promoting new ideas and creators.

Her professional journey, along with motherhood, inspired her to transition into the field of inclusion, where she continues to learn and grow. Her vision is to contribute through her ideas and initiatives to a more inclusive society, and to travel as much as possible along the way.
