Event Space

Located on the second floor of our building, the WHEN Hub Event Space is a bright and versatile 80 sq.m. open-plan venue, designed to host a wide range of events – from seminars and training sessions to presentations, meetings, workshops, and networking gatherings.

ith a capacity of up to 70 guests in a theatre-style setup and flexible layout options tailored to the needs of each event, the space combines functionality, comfort, and modern amenities. It is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet, a professional sound system with microphones and speakers, a 75” monitor, and specially designed acoustic panels that ensure an excellent audio experience.

The WHEN Hub team is here to support you throughout every stage of your event – from planning and setup to seamless execution. Basic hospitality services, including water, filter coffee, and tea, can also be provided upon request. 

One of the venue’s unique advantages is the option to offer creative childcare services for infants and children aged 0–12 in our dedicated Mini Hub space, conveniently located on the same floor as the event venue. Available upon request, this service allows parents and caregivers to fully engage in the event, knowing their children are being cared for in a safe, nurturing, and creatively stimulating environment.

For any additional requirements, we can connect you with trusted professional partners offering catering services, audiovisual production, online streaming, hybrid event solutions, and specialized technical support.

Getting to and from WHEN Hub is easy and convenient. We are located just a 4-minute walk from Omonia Square and approximately 10 minutes on foot from both Panepistimio and Monastiraki metro stations. Nearby, you will also find two municipal parking facilities (Varvakios and Klafthmonos), as well as on-street parking options available through participating retailers or mobile parking applications.
