WHEN Mini Hub

the Mini Hub

VPR05855_MiniHub_Low

A safe and flexible space for the creative engagement of infants and children 0-12 years old.

It can accommodate up to 8 children at the same time, always with the presence and participation of a specialised practitioner.

It operates daily from 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM. Additionally, there is the option to utilize the services of WHEN Mini Hub during an activity or event at WHEN Hub, by prior arrangement.

There is an electronic registration process for every child visiting the WHEN Mini Hub, during which we collect some basic information about the child from the respective parent, along with a brief health history.

It is important to note that the smooth adjustment of the child is of significant concern for the WHEN Mini Hub team, and for this reason, we suggest that on your first visit, you arrive 15-20 minutes earlier, so that both the child and you have the opportunity to develop trust and feel comfortable.

For the adjustment of children under the age of 3 who have not yet started nursery school or are using the WHEN Mini Hub service for the first time, a special service is provided that prioritises the importance of a gradual and gentle transition for the child into a new environment. For the design of our daily activities, we take into account the broad age range and the developmental needs of each age group. Therefore, at the WHEN Mini Hub, all children can find a variety of toys (soft toys, building blocks, role – playing toys, puzzles, board games, etc.) fabrics, musical instruments, books, craft materials and a cozy relaxation corner. At the same time, our team, with a playful spirit and respect for the children’s wishes, creates opportunities for musical movement games, artistic experiments, and reading books.
