Last year, WHEN Hub’s Podcast Day filled our studio with people who had something meaningful to share. Creators from different backgrounds came together, exchanged ideas, met one another and recorded podcast episodes that might otherwise have remained just an idea.
The response was so enthusiastic that we decided to do it again this year.
On Wednesday, September 23, we’re opening the doors of the WHEN Hub Podcast Studio once again and inviting podcasters to record one episode of their podcast free of charge.
Our Podcast Day is dedicated to stories that deserve to be heard. It celebrates creators who spark conversations, share experiences, ask important questions, explore new perspectives and contribute to a more open, inclusive and thoughtful public dialogue through their podcasts.
All you need to bring is your idea, your voice and—if your episode calls for it—your guest(s). WHEN Hub provides a welcoming and supportive space, professional equipment and technical support, so you can focus on what truly matters: your content.
Throughout the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet fellow podcasters and creators, exchange experiences, network and get to know the teams behind WHEN, WHEN Hub and inc.lude.

Applications will remain open until September 10. Selected applicants will be notified by email shortly after to confirm their participation.
