The process is quick and straightfoward:
✔ Payment is made via bank transfer (bank details attached).
✔ Once the deposit is complete, send us the receipt along with the recipient’s full name and email.
✔ The WHEN Hub team will contact the recipient to arrange the redemption and experience through our platform.
