This is the first time I’ll leave my child with another adult. How do you suggest we best prepare for this?

The first time you use the Mini Hub service, you will need to arrive 15–20 minutes earlier than your reservation time. This allows your child and their accompanying adult to build a trusting relationship with the Mini Hub team and feel comfortable in the space. If you need extra time, of course, you may take it. If, during your absence from the Mini Hub, your child shows strong and persistent distress, we will respect your child’s feelings as well as the rest of the group, and we will ask you to pick them up. For children under 3 years old who have not yet started nursery school, we offer a special service that focuses on the importance of a gradual and gentle transition into a new environment.
